I’m a beginner, will I fit in? Absolutely – we match you with players at your level.
Do I need a partner? Whether you come alone or with a partner, there’s always someone to play with
How long are the sessions? Each booking slot is one hour, and you can extend to 2-3 hours by selecting the adjoining time slots.
Can I bring a friend who’s never played before? Yes, everyone is welcome regardless of ability.
Is coaching available? We offer coaching for all levels, from beginner to advanced, with qualified coaches. Please contact us for details.
Do you have group or private lessons? Both are available, depending on your preference.
What’s the cancellation policy? You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking.
Are there change rooms or showers? Yes full shower and changing facilities are available.
Do I need my own paddle? No, you can rent one for $5 per session, no matter how long you play. A ball is provided free with each table.
What should I wear? Comfortable sportswear and non-marking shoes.
Can kids join? We do not currently offer kids or juniors programs. Please check in with us later, we’re working on providing this option.
