Important Information

✓ Working With Children Check (WWCC): Mandatory for all Registered Coaches and Activity Facilitators, regardless of whether you work with children. This is a strict, non-negotiable prerequisite.

✓ Payment & Booking System: All Registered Coach bookings managed through MindBody app (provided at no cost). Cash or direct payments to Registered Coaches are not permitted.

✓ Coaching Certification: Formal table tennis coaching certification is not essential but highly advantageous for marketing your services.

✓ Fee Collection: If you choose to rent the court/table on your own as an Unregistered coach you are responsible for your own fee collection. Solicitation of club members is only permitted by Registered coaches who will be actively promoted to the membership and general public.

✓ Working Rights: You must have working rights in Australia with an ABN or TFN. The hourly rate will be inclusive of superannuation which is your responsibility.

✓ Languages: Proficiency in verbal English is mandatory for our sessions, but if you speak additional languages, please let us know since we often have requests for coaches who speak other languages. Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese and German are the most common.

✓ Payment Cadence: Payments to REGISTERED coaches are made monthly to their designed Australian financial institution, the week following the preceding month's bookings. For example, all January sessions are paid the first week of February.
